The Government of the Republic is composed of the Prime Minister, Ministers,
Vice-Ministers and, where appropriate, Deputy Prime Ministers, Ministers of State and Deputy Ministers.

In consultation with the President, the Government defines the policy of the nation and assumes responsibility for it. In conducting the policy of the nation, the Government has at its disposal the Public Administration, the Armed Forces, the National Police and the Security Services. The Prime Minister is the Head of Government. The current Government led by
Jean-Michel SAMA LUKONDE KYENGE, is composed of 4 Deputy Prime Ministers, 9 Ministers of State, 31 Ministers, 1 Delegate Minister and 11 Vice-Ministers.
