Certificate of Good Conduct and Morals

Requirements:

  1. A copy of the identity document (residence permit) issued by the host country (both sides);
  2. Proof or date of entry into the Democratic Republic of the Congo;
  3. A recent proof of domicile or residence.

Attestation of Authentication

Requirements:

  1. copy of the identity document (residence permit) issued by the host country (both sides);
  2. A copy of the old document (both sides, identities (identity card or photo?) and the first two pages for the passport);
  3. A copy of the new document (both sides, identities (identity card or photo?) and the first two pages for the passport);

Fees: QR200

Certificate of loss of passport

Requirements:

  1. A copy of the identity document, residence permit issued by the host country (both sides);
  2. In case of theft of the identity card, a police declaration and in case of loss, a declaration from the municipal administration;
  3. copy of the old passport;
  4. Two identity photos.
  5. Copy of birth certificate, birth certificate or extract of birth certificate (accompanied by a supplementary judgment, if applicable);
  6. A recent proof of domicile or residence.

Fees: QR100

Attestation of Nationality

Requirements:

  1. A copy of your Congolese passport;
  2. A copy of the residence document issued by the host country or a recent proof of domicile or residence;
  3. A copy of your birth certificate;

Attestation of Birth

Requirements:

  1. A copy of your passport;

  2. A copy of your identity or residence document issued by the host country or a recent proof of domicile or residence;

  3. A copy of your birth certificate (old one in case of update)

Fees: QR100

Attestation of Celibacy

Requirements:

  1. A copy of your Congolese passport;
  2. A copy of the residence document issued by the host country or a recent proof of domicile or residence;
  3. A copy of your birth certificate;
  4. A sworn statement from a family member or close relative, signed and legalized at the Embassy;
  1. copy of the identity document, residence permit issued by the host country or a recent proof of domicile or residence of the family member or close relative.

Fees: QR100 for the Certificate of Celibacy

           QR120 for Legalization

Attestation of Divorce

Requirements:

  1. A copy of the divorce judgment;
  2. A copy of the identity document or residence permit issued by the host country for both ex-spouses.

Fees: QR100

Attestation of Repatriation

Requirements:

  1. A copy of P.O / C.I;
  2. A copy of the extract from the death certificate;
  3. A copy of the doctor’s certificate from the hospital for non-contagious disease;
  4. A copy of the embalming certificate;
  5. A copy of the authorization for transport and burial;
  6. A letter from the Ministry of Public Health (Hygiene Inspection of the Walloon Bradant);
  7. A death pass (Public Health).

Fees: Free

Attestation of Widowhood

Requirements:

  1. A copy of the identity document (residence permit) issued by the host country (both sides);
  2. Marriage booklet or attestation of customary monogamous marriage and extract of marriage certificate;
  3. A copy of the spouse’s death certificate;

Fees: QR100

NB: All documents must be legalized by the notary of the city where the spouse died.

Attestation of Diploma Equivalence

Requirements:

  1. copy of birth certificate, or birth certificate or extract of birth certificate (accompanied by a supplementary judgment, if applicable);
  2. A copy of the passport or residence permit or receipt;
  3. A photocopy of the diploma and transcripts or grade reports (if necessary)
  4. A recent proof of domicile or residence.
  5. Authentication of school or academic certificates.
  6. Certificate of Admissibility.

Certificate of Custom Regarding Marriage

Required documents:

  1. Front and back copy of the identity document (residence permit) issued by the    host country
  2. Recent proof of domicile or residence

Fees: QR140

Certified copy

Required documents:

  1. Front and back copy of the identity document (residence permit issued by the host country) or a copy of your passport
  2. Original of the document to be certified
  3. Copy of the document to be certified

Fees : QR60

Consular Card

If you are a citizen of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DR Congo) living in Qatar, it is essential for you to register with the Congolese registry at the Embassy of DR Congo in Doha.

Consular registration is highly recommended.This process facilitates your administrative formalities at the Embassy, such as obtaining certificates or legalizing documents.

To obtain the consular card, which is valid for 6 months, you are required to fill out the CENSUS FORM and attach the following documents:

  1. A photocopy of the passport;
  2. A photocopy of the residence permit (Qatar ID);
  3. 2 Passport photos.

Fee: 180 QAR
