IMPORTANT: During your appointment at the embassy, if one of the two documents listed above (old Congolese passport or residency document) is missing, obtaining the passport will require the person to be identified through the appropriate service. The embassy, in strict compliance with the instructions of the supervisory hierarchy, asks all applicants to make all arrangements, before the scheduled date, to have a complete file in order to facilitate the normal progress of the procedure.
